History

Falcon Crowne Shelter Foundation Inc. was conceptualized by Mr. Allan Minion Omamos in 2009. He aimed to bring change and to help alleviate people's lives thru communal advocacy. 


The founder, Mr. Allan M. Omamos convinced his long time business partners, Milagros T. Copino and his children: Jomarx , Joepeter and Jhunal , who vowed to establish Falcon Crowne Shelter Foundation with the earnest belief that it can assist the government with its goal to provide decent, affordable housing to greater number of Filipino families through the implementation of socialized housing projects.

The founder believed that by teaching the people to save, even a family with meager income could own a decent yet affordable house and lot through affordable monthly amortization rates. He dreamed to provide a “ DECENT HOUSING FOR ALL” Filipinos with full access to basic social services.

Falcon Crowne Shelter Foundation, Inc. fulfills the long desire and dream of the founder to help the disadvantaged sectors of our society.

To provide “DECENT HOUSING FOR ALL” Filipinos with full access to basic social services such as:  health, education, livelihood, with complete amenities and facilities, enjoyable quality life.

Mission

Our mission is to assist the government with its goal to provide decent, affordable housing to greater number of Filipino families through the implementation of respective socialized housing projects and programs geared towards quality Housing for All.

We shall afford families with meager income, opportunities to own inexpensive housing lots (land) with ease and worry-free and assist them in building their DREAM, decent houses in a simple and undemanding way (through affordable amortization rates).

Objectives

The Foundation shall implement its works and programs towards the attainment of the following objectives:

  • To help uplift the lives of the poor, low-income and homeless Filipino families by providing them decent and affordable housing, basic services and employment opportunities;
  • To help government in addressing housing backlogs and increasing housing demand applying alternative measures, processes, and designs that will facilitate immediate registration of socialized housing projects;
